The relationship between the Taglis family and the wood industry is much more than long. It is organic.

Its roots can be traced back in 1960 when Konstantinos Taglis began his crate manufacturing business. This wasn’t a random choice since he foresaw the needs of the country’s biggest harbor. The family’s entrepreneurial spirit lives on, as the instinct of Ioannis Taglis -who took the reins of the company in 1989- led him to shift the company’s orientation towards the wood industry and the primary sector of timber -in specific, oak, beech, and poplar.

He relocates the company’s headquarters to a 6-acre owned location in Dervenochoria, while he fully upgrades and rearranges its equipment on every level. With its consistency, reliability, and the ideal quality-price relationship, the company’s course soon exceeded our national borders. The launching of a steaming unit in 2008, the introduction of briquette as a new product in 2013, and the extended export network in 15 countries, is just the beginning.
